Magnolia Ridge Park sits along the northwest shore of B.A. Steinhagen Lake in the East Texas Pineywoods. The year-round campground features 41 sites (39 with water and electric hookups), group day-use and overnight shelters, flush toilets, showers, a dump station, and a playground. Amenities include a dedicated Kid's Fish Pond, boat ramps, and paved park roads suitable for 3 to 5-mile bike rides. Nearby, the 13,000-acre Angelina-Neches/Dam B Wildlife Management Area offers trails through mature cypress and oak forests.

The road in has not been measured -- unknown, not bad. Sits on broad, near-level ground.

The B A Steinhagen Lake shoreline is 0.3 mi off. Exposed here -- the nearest through road is 0.4 miles off, a 37-site campground. Open country -- nothing named rises within 30 miles of here. Most sites here have an electric hookup -- 5 sit on the water, most of them shaded. The nearest town, Woodville, is 13 mi off.

September normals 6789°F, 4.7″ rain. Monthly averages, PRISM 1991–2020.
