Lakeside Day Use Area sits near Ferrell's Bridge Dam along the shore of Lake O' the Pines in east Texas. Designed for large gatherings, the site features a 100-person group picnic shelter with electric hookups, a volleyball court, and swimming beaches. Boaters and anglers have direct access to the 18,700-acre reservoir via an on-site boat ramp and dock, with bank fishing options running along the shoreline and down Big Cypress Bayou. The surrounding pineywoods support deer, waterfowl, and wintering bald eagles, while the towns of Jefferson and Marshall sit a short drive away.

The road in has not been measured -- unknown, not bad. Overhead clearance here is posted at 8 ft -- the tightest site sets the limit.
