Remote hike-in primitive camping in the North Prong canyon, one mile from trailhead parking, within the red-rock landscape of Caprock Canyons State Park. Sixteen sites split between North and South Prong hold up to four people each, with composting toilets and sixteen miles of associated trails. No ground fires allowed; bring all drinking water. The park features Lake Theo, ninety miles of total trails, and native bison on open plains.
