A backcountry area in Wolf Ridge requiring a 2-mile hike (4 miles round trip) from parking. Situated in limestone Hill Country terrain along the Pedernales River system. Sites accommodate up to 4 people with chemical toilets only and no potable water—designed for backpackers with self-contained gear. Rugged, steep terrain with access to challenging trails and the Pedernales River landscape.
