Situated 30 miles west of Austin near Johnson City along the scenic Pedernales River. Huge limestone slabs shaped by the river create dramatic cascading waterfalls across the landscape. The main campground has 69 sites with water, electricity, restrooms with showers, and picnic areas. The 5,212-acre park features hiking trails ranging from easy to challenging, mountain biking, swimming, tubing, canoeing, and fishing access.
