Anthony Lake Campground sits at 7,100 feet elevation on a bluff above Anthony Lake, surrounded by boulders and conifer forests with views of Gunsight Mountain in the Elkhorn Range. Campsites feature paved parking aprons, tent pads, picnic tables, and campfire rings with grills. Vault toilets and seasonal drinking water are provided on site. Off-highway vehicle use is prohibited in the fee area. Facilities include an internal boat ramp for canoeing, kayaking, and trout fishing. Local foot and stock paths include the 1-mile Shoreline Trail and the 22.6-mile Elkhorn Crest Trail.
