An 11.5-mile stretch of gravel National Forest road in Curry County, OR. The road serves Lake of the Woods Mountain. The road is open seasonally, May 1 to September 30.

All 11.5 miles in are maintained only for high-clearance vehicles. Mostly gravel, with 1.2 miles of graded dirt. Climbs 1,200 ft over 11.5 miles -- sustained grades near 18%, with pitches to 52%. Stretches run along a shelf with a drop of up to ~140 ft on the downhill side. Little level ground alongside -- few of the stretches measured have a flat spot to pull onto. Winds through 22 switchbacks.
