A 21.5-mile stretch of gravel National Forest road in Curry County, OR. The road is open seasonally, May 15 to September 30.

12.7 of the 21.5 miles in are maintained only for high-clearance vehicles. Mostly gravel, with 0.6 miles of dirt. Climbs 4,500 ft over 21.5 miles -- sustained grades near 14%, with pitches to 30%. Stretches run along a shelf with a drop of up to ~140 ft on the downhill side. Little level ground alongside -- few of the stretches measured have a flat spot to pull onto. Winds through 18 switchbacks.
