Red Cliff Campground sits at 6,200 feet elevation alongside the Gallatin River in Gallatin Canyon, flanked by pine and fir trees and open meadows. The facility offers single-family campsites with gravel spurs—some with electric hookups—along with vault toilets, drinking water, and a 60-person group day-use area. Anglers target trout and grayling on the river, kayakers and rafters paddle the water, and the Elkhorn Creek Trail provides hiking and horseback riding directly from the south end of the campground.
