Cabin Creek Campground sits across the road from the Madison River in a forest of pine and Douglas fir, situated between Hebgen Lake and Earthquake Lake. The facility offers single-family campsites equipped with picnic tables and campfire rings, along with drinking water and vault toilets. The 6-mile Cabin Creek Trail begins at the site for hikers and horseback riders, while nearby lakes provide opportunities for boating, canoeing, and trout fishing. The Earthquake Lake Visitor Center is less than three miles away, offering historical information on the 1959 landslide.
