Thirty Mile Campground

Thirty Mile Campground is a developed National Forest campground nestled in a scenic meadow on the banks of the Rio Grande River and Squaw Creek. Surrounded by mature spruce and aspen trees, this campground is located just a mile below the Rio Grande Reservoir, offering excellent trout fishing, canoeing, and scenery. Two trailheads are accessible directly from the campground, leading hikers into the vast and rugged Weminuche Wilderness.
