Cloverleaf is a primitive, walk-in tent campground set along a small bay on Lake Roosevelt near Gifford. Tucked into a forest of pines and shrubs, the 7 tent sites feature picnic tables, fire rings, pit toilets, and direct shore access to the water. The site does not have a boat launch, but the Gifford campground launch is located 1.2 miles to the south. Campers should bring their own supplies due to limited nearby commercial options.
The road in has not been measured -- unknown, not bad.
Quartz Mountain stands 2,242 ft above the site, 1.6 miles east. The Lake Roosevelt shoreline is 0.1 mi off. Exposed here -- the nearest through road is 0.1 miles off, a 7-site campground. Mostly tent-only sites -- 6 walk-in sites, 1 hike-in site. The nearest town, Chewelah, is 19 mi off.
