Within Big Bend Ranch State Park's 311,000-acre Chihuahuan Desert wilderness, the terrain showcases volcanic mountains, deep canyons, high plateaus, and elevations ranging from 2,300 feet along the Rio Grande to peaks exceeding 5,100 feet.
