Eastside Campground sits on the shore of Sagehen Reservoir at 4,956 feet elevation in a forest of ponderosa pine, spruce, and fir. The facility operates as single sites or a single reservable group area for up to 50 people and 10 vehicles. Most campsites offer partial lake views and include picnic tables, fire rings, vault toilets, and hand-pumped drinking water. Visitors come to boat, canoe, and fish for rainbow trout on the reservoir, or access the non-motorized 4-mile Sagehen Reservoir Trail and nearby ATV trail systems offering over 35 miles of multi-use tracks.
