Arroyo Seco Campground sits at 1,200 feet along the Arroyo Seco River in Los Padres National Forest, surrounded by oak trees and brush near a small seasonal lake. It features paved roads, single and double sites for tents or RVs without hookups, and a 50-person group site. The main loop offers drinking water, accessible flush toilets, and coin showers, while the primitive area has vault toilets. On-site access leads to a wading beach on the river and the 15.5-mile Santa Lucia Trail into the Ventana Wilderness. Non-motorized boating and bass fishing are permitted on the small lake.
