Anderson Camp is a primitive trail camp near the southern terminus of Sinkyone Wilderness State Park's Lost Coast Trail, just miles from Usal Beach. Limited sites offer pit toilets and fire rings with creek water requiring treatment. First-come, first-served camping accommodates backpackers on this remote coast. The Big White Rock and surrounding gulches create dramatic ocean vistas. As one of seven primitive trail camps spaced 3–5 miles apart along the Lost Coast, Anderson serves hikers tackling this rugged wilderness route through pristine coastal bluffs and black sand beaches.
