Coastal forest setting with immediate access to 9 miles of Mendocino coastline featuring tide pools, sandy beaches, rocky headlands, and dune systems. Wildlife viewing includes harbor seals, migrating gray whales (winter-spring), and over 90 bird species. Haul Road Coastal Trail provides scenic access through Inglenook Fen Ten Mile Dunes.
