Located under a canopy of Big Leaf Maple, Douglas Fir, and Port Orford Cedar, this group campground sits along the East Fork of Willow Creek, four miles west of the Trinity River. Situated at a 680-foot elevation, the site features small creek wading areas and offers picnic tables, fire rings, and vault toilets, but no drinking water. Nearby attractions include whitewater rafting, swimming, and fishing for salmon and steelhead on the Trinity River, trails in Six Rivers National Forest, and the Bigfoot Museum in Willow Creek.

The road in has not been measured -- unknown, not bad.

Indian Butte stands 2,922 ft above the site, 1.9 miles southwest. East Fork Willow Creek runs 0.2 mi off. A group campground -- most of them shaded. The nearest town, Willow Creek, is 4.1 mi off.
