Group camp within Mount Diablo State Park designed for equestrian gatherings, set among rolling oak woodlands and chaparral within the Civilian Conservation Corps Cultural Preserve. Rustic campsites with tables and stone fireplaces, pit toilets, running water, and fire pits accommodate groups up to 50 people and 50 horses. Over 80 miles of trails weave through oak, chaparral, and rock formations throughout the park, containing 10-million-year-old marine fossils and volcanic outcroppings telling California's geological story.
