Blue Ridge Campground sits on the north end of 1,360-acre Dierks Lake within the Howard County Wildlife Management Area. The campground features 21 overnight sites, two restrooms, a shower facility, and two boat ramps. Set along the Saline River among flooded timberlands, it provides direct access to bass and crappie fishing as well as public hunting grounds for deer, quail, and waterfowl. Boating, canoeing, kayaking, and swimming are popular lake activities. Crater of Diamonds State Park sits 30 miles away, with Hot Springs National Park an hour to the east.
