Big Coon Creek Campground sits along the banks of Gillham Lake on the Cossatot River in southwest Arkansas. The campground has 32 sites equipped with water and 50-amp electric hookups, alongside hot showers, a dump station, a boat ramp, a swimming beach, and a playground. The 1,370-acre reservoir provides space for powerboating, swimming, and fishing for bass, crappie, and catfish, while downstream reaches of the wild and scenic Cossatot River offer canoe launch points at Mize Crossing and Ladd Bridge.
