These Terms of Service are a contract between you and North Aspect LLC (doing business as “AnyRoost”).
By accessing or using the AnyRoost website, service, or applications, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the service.
AnyRoost provides mapping, data visualization, and related tools for informational purposes. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
AnyRoost offers a free tier (“Scout”) and a paid subscription (“Nomad Pro”). By subscribing to Nomad Pro, you authorize North Aspect LLC to charge the applicable subscription fee on a recurring annual basis via our payment processor, Stripe.

AnyRoost provides data derived from computational models (terrain line-of-sight, FCC tower databases, NOAA climate normals, satellite imagery analysis) and AI-synthesized summaries of community reports and government records. This data is approximate and may contain errors.
You must not rely on AnyRoost for navigation safety, emergency planning, survival decisions, or as a substitute for verifying local conditions in person. Road conditions, cell coverage, weather, fire danger, land access, and parking legality change constantly. Always verify current signage, local regulations, and conditions before camping or parking overnight.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. North Aspect LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the service or the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information, content, or materials included therein. To the fullest extent permitted by law, North Aspect LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall North Aspect LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising out of or related to your use of the service, regardless of the theory of liability.
AnyRoost uses Clerk for authentication and Stripe for payment processing. These third parties may collect personal information (email address, name, payment details) subject to their own privacy policies. AnyRoost itself does not permanently track your location — geolocation is used locally on your device to center the map. We store your subscription status and rig preferences to provide the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any prepaid subscription fees for the remaining subscription period will not be refunded except where required by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
