This Privacy Policy explains how North Aspect LLC (doing business as “AnyRoost”) collects, uses, and protects your information.

AnyRoost is free to use without an account. We collect the minimum needed to run the service, and we do not sell your personal data. By using AnyRoost, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: When you register, our authentication provider Clerk collects your email address and name.
  • Payment information: If you subscribe to AnyRoost Pro, our payment processor Stripe collects your payment details. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Preferences: We store your subscription status and rig preferences so the service can tailor results to your vehicle.
  • Location: Geolocation is used locally on your device to center the map. Your coordinates are not transmitted to or stored by AnyRoost.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to provide and maintain the service, authenticate your account, process subscription payments, tailor results to your rig, and communicate with you about your account or support requests. We do not use your information for advertising.

3. Third-Party Processors

AnyRoost relies on the following third parties, each of which processes your data under its own privacy policy:

  • Clerk for authentication (email address, name).
  • Stripe for payment processing (payment details, billing information).

We share only the data these providers need to perform their function. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information except where we are required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes such as tax and accounting records.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights over your data. We will respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law.

6. Children’s Privacy

AnyRoost is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
