Station Creek Campground sits at 5,800 feet in Snake River Canyon, 27 miles southwest of Jackson. Set in a lodgepole pine forest, the campground features two group sites accommodating up to 40 people each on dirt parking areas. Sites are equipped with picnic and serving tables, campfire circles, grills, and food storage lockers. Shared vault toilets and drinking water are available, though there is no electricity. The Snake River runs across the road down an embankment, offering fly-fishing for cutthroat trout, kayaking, and whitewater rafting via a nearby boat ramp.

All 0.3 miles in are maintained only for high-clearance vehicles. Dirt the whole way in (0.3 miles).

Elk Mountain stands 2,700 ft above the site, 2.7 miles south. Snake River runs 0.1 mi off. Exposed here -- the nearest through road is 0.1 miles off, a 12-site campground. The nearest town, Hoback, is 8.5 mi off.
