Bottle Creek Group Picnic Site is a day-use group area for up to 75 people located at 8,800 feet in the Medicine Bow National Forest among pine and aspen. The picnic area includes large picnic tables, serving tables, pedestal grills, and a wood grill. Overnight camping is not permitted in the picnic site itself, but the adjacent Bottle Creek Campground provides 12 reservable campsites with drinking water, vault toilets, fire grates, and picnic tables. Nearby trails like Green Mountain Falls offer hiking, and trout fishing is available on the adjacent Encampment River.
