Located 15 miles east of Laramie at 8,200 feet, The Gazebo is a day-use shelter in Medicine Bow-Routt National Forest. Designed for small gatherings of up to 30 people, the site is set amid Sherman granite boulders, lodgepole pine, and aspen. Facilities include a covered picnic shelter, grills, vault toilets, and four designated parking spaces, with hand-pumped drinking water available at the adjacent campground. The surrounding area is a major hub for rock climbing, hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding.
