San Angelo State Park - North Concho Campground in TX -- Campground & RV Camping in Texas

North Concho Campground is a horse-camping area on the North Shore of San Angelo State Park overlooking the 5,540-acre O.C. Fisher Reservoir in West Texas high plains. Campsites feature pole tethers and pens for horses, with water available throughout the camp area and along trails. The landscape includes large pecan trees providing shade and native semi-arid vegetation. A group pavilion with grills sits adjacent to campsites, and showers are located across the river in the Bald Eagle area. Riders access 50 miles of multiuse trails for horseback riding through the park.
