Group shelter area within San Angelo State Park in West Texas at 1,847 feet elevation overlooking O.C. Fisher Reservoir and Concho River. The park spans rugged terrain with dramatic scenic overlooks, 50 miles of multiuse trails for hiking and mountain biking, wildlife viewing areas with bison and longhorns, and the Dinosaur Trail featuring Permian Age fossils. Water activities include boating, paddling, and fishing on the reservoir and river.
