Oak Park is a seasonal day-use facility situated on the northeastern shore of Navarro Mills Lake. Operating from April through September, the park features a designated swimming beach, picnic tables, and restroom facilities. The grounds feature expansive views of the water and open areas where spring native wildflowers bloom across the terrain.

The road in has not been measured -- unknown, not bad. Sits on broad, near-level ground.

The Navarro Mills Lake shoreline is 0.2 mi off. Night skies measure Bortle 5 -- a rural sky with a glow on the horizon. Open country -- nothing named rises within 30 miles of here. The nearest town, Dawson, is 5.1 mi off.

September normals 6690°F, 3.1″ rain. Monthly averages, PRISM 1991–2020.
