This first-come primitive beach camping area offers approximately 75 waterfront sites along Sea Rim's Gulf shoreline with no electrical hookups, catering to those seeking a rugged coastal experience. Sites sit on the sand facing the Gulf, providing direct access to swimming, fishing for flounder and redfish, kayaking, and birding. The park spans 16+ miles of marshland paddling trails and hosts over 300 migratory bird species. Horses can be accommodated with portable pens or trailers. Minimal facilities; beach and tide conditions determine site availability.
