Twin Dikes Park lies on the southern shore of the 114,000-acre Sam Rayburn Reservoir in the Piney Woods region of East Texas. The campground provides 48 sites with 30- and 50-amp electric hookups, hot showers, a group picnic shelter, and a boat ramp. Boaters and anglers visit for the lake's renowned largemouth bass, bluegill, and catfish fishing. Spring visitors can observe migratory warblers and vireos, while the nearby Bannister Wildlife Management Area offers trails for hiking and biking.
