Cottonwood Springs Campground sits in the Southern Black Hills near a 600-acre flood control project and lake. The area features 17 primitive campsites without hookups, with potable water, flush toilets, picnic shelters, grills, and a playground on site. A gravel trail cuts through the nearby wildlife area, and a steep boat ramp provides access to Cottonwood Springs Lake for non-gas watercraft.
