Tyee Campground sits on the northern bank of the Siltcoos River, 6 miles south of Florence in the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area. The site features 14 reservable campsites set in open meadow and coastal shrubbery, each equipped with a picnic table and fire ring with a grill. Paved parking aprons, vault toilets, and a boat ramp are located on site. Visitors use the boat launch for paddling kayaks along the river toward Siltcoos Lake or the ocean, and anglers fish the banks for coho salmon and panfish.
