Driftwood Campground is a paved, parking-lot style facility built for off-road vehicle access to the sand dunes of the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area. The Driftwood II ORV trail leads directly from the camp into open dune riding zones extending to South Jetty Road. Most sites include picnic tables and campfire rings, while central facilities provide flush toilets, drinking water, and trash collection. The surrounding coastal forest consists of shore pine, waxmyrtle, and salal, situated near the Pacific Ocean coastline and the Siltcoos River.
The road in has not been measured -- unknown, not bad.
