OR State Parks allows overnight stays only at the designated sites here.
Jessie M. Honeyman Memorial State Park sprawls across 27,212 acres of Oregon's coastal dunes 3 miles south of Florence. The landscape encompasses two lakes—Cleawox and Woahink—fringed by dramatic sand dunes. The park offers over 200 campsites, a camp store, and picnic shelters. Visitors can swim, fish, sandboard, and access all-terrain vehicle trails across the dunes. Built by the Civilian Conservation Corps between 1936–1941, the park was renamed to honor a Portland resident who championed coastal preservation. Historic structures from the CCC era remain on site.
