The site features 26 campsites equipped with water and electric hookups, alongside a group picnic shelter that hosts up to 100 people. Amenities include hot showers, a playground, a boat ramp, and a designated swimming area. Campers have direct access to the 2.5-mile Chestnut Oaks Trail, which originates at the park for hiking and biking, while the boat ramp provides access to the lake for yellow bass and catfish fishing. Fort Donelson National Battlefield is located nearby.
