Four Mile Campground sits along the South Fork of the Salmon River, offering immediate access to the river for fishing and a vast surrounding trail network for motorized and non-motorized recreation. The small campground contains four campsites, a vault toilet, a stock ramp, and a hitching rack. Additional dispersed camping and formal sites line the nearby South Fork Road.
