Rattlesnake Campground is set along the banks of the Middle Fork Payette River under a canopy of Douglas fir and lodgepole pine at 3,621 feet elevation. Reserved as a single group facility for up to 100 people, the site includes nine single campsites, one double campsite, ten 50- to 75-foot parking spurs, a picnic shelter, tables, campfire rings, and two accessible vault toilets. The adjacent river provides fishing for whitefish and rainbow trout. Nearby singletrack and motorized routes include the Rattlesnake Trail, One Spoon Trail, and 465 ATV Trail.
