Set along the steep, forested shorelines of the North Yuba River at 2,000 feet elevation, Bullards Bar Reservoir encompasses over 60 miles of shoreline and 4,760 acres of water. The area caters to boating, water skiing, year-round fishing, mountain biking, and hiking. Site facilities include shaded campsites, boat ramps at Dark Day and Cottage Creek Marina, picnic areas, and access to a 5-trail non-motorized network highlighted by the 14-mile Bullards Bar Trail.
