Sandy dunes campground at Sonoma Coast State Park, 1 mile north of Bodega Bay on Highway 1. Bodega Dunes offers 99 campsites in peak season set on coastal dunes overlooking a classic sandy beach. Campsites feature picnic tables and fire rings on paved spurs; amenities include flush toilets, token-operated hot showers, and potable water. Max trailer length 31 feet, no hookups. Leashed dogs permitted in campground but not on dunes or beaches. One of the park's most developed campgrounds with day-use area.
