Jones Valley Inlet Dispersed Area provides shoreline day-use and primitive camping along the Pit River Arm of Shasta Lake. The site lacks designated campsites, operating as an open beach area with seasonal portable toilets and trash collection. Boaters and water skiers can access the lake via a public boat ramp located two miles away at Jones Valley, or utilize informal shoreline mooring when water levels permit.
