Located in the eastern San Diego County desert, the area features desert terrain with native fan palm oases and a complex of interconnected loops. The park offers a base for exploring 500 miles of dirt roads, 12 wilderness areas, and extensive hiking trails throughout the Anza-Borrego region. Open year-round.
