Parker Creek Campground sits along the forested shores of Lake Greeson on the Little Missouri River. The park features 60 campsites, mostly with electric hookups, plus three non-electric tent sites. Each site includes a picnic table, grill, and lantern pole. Shared amenities include two shower buildings with hot water, flush toilets, drinking water, an RV dump station, playground, swimming beach, boat ramp, and a short nature trail. The surrounding pine and hardwood forest borders public land with 30 miles of trails, while Hot Springs National Park sits within a two-hour drive.
