Highway 7 Recreation Area sits on a narrow, wooded peninsula along the shores of the 13,500-acre DeGray Lake. This day-use facility features two gradually sloping beach areas, picnic spots, a playground, two restrooms, and a group pavilion located within the loop turnaround at the far west end. The area supports swimming, boating, jet skiing, and lake fishing.
The road in has not been measured -- unknown, not bad. Sits on broad, near-level ground.
The DeGray Lake shoreline is 0.1 mi off. Night skies measure Bortle 3 -- a dark rural sky. The nearest town, Arkadelphia, is 7.9 mi off.
