Lower Lake Recreation Area sits along the Caddo River immediately downstream of the DeGray Lake regulating dam. The site accesses a 400-acre pool above the dam and the running river below. Amenities include covered picnic tables, a 50-person group shelter with a large grill, restrooms, a boat ramp, a playground, and a sand volleyball court. Recreation features include an 18-hole disc golf course, the 1-mile gravel Voss Fitness Trail, and the paved 1.7-mile DeGray Lake Sunset Trail.
