The camp features vault toilets but lacks drinking water. Access is via a narrow, tight road with low clearance branches and limited turnaround options, making it unsuitable for large trailers and long RVs.

Grandview Sandbar Campground
A beautiful primitive campground managed by the National Park Service, situated directly along the New River. It features roughly ten shaded, wooded sites split between a walk-in tent area and a drive-in vehicle area, each equipped with picnic tables and fire rings. Pit toilets and trash collection are available on-site. Be aware that active railway tracks run along the opposite side of the river, with frequent loud trains passing day and night. Access is via a narrow, gravel road with tight turns that is best suited for smaller rigs and camper vans.
