Situated at 7,800 feet elevation above New Fork Lake, Narrows Campground sits in a dense aspen grove at the edge of Wyoming's Wind River Range. Sites feature native-soil parking spurs, picnic tables, and campfire rings, with two vault toilets and an on-site host available. Most sites offer shaded spots with views of the lake. A large cement boat ramp sits less than a mile away for lake access, where campers boat, swim, and fish for salmon and trout. The New Fork Trail begins right at the campground entrance, complete with horse corrals, leading into the adjacent Bridger Wilderness.

Road difficulty 3 of 5 -- a rough drive in. Recorded as maintained for passenger cars, gravel, pitching to 6%, 57% of it on a shelf.

New Fork Lake lies 0.1 mi off. Exposed here -- the nearest through road is 0.1 miles off, a 35-site campground. New Fork Lookout Point stands 1,714 ft above the site, 2.9 miles north. The nearest town, Pinedale, is 17 mi off.
