Meadows Guard Station is a 1933 Civilian Conservation Corps cabin in the Greys River valley next to Meadow Creek, 29 miles from Alpine. The two-room structure sleeps six on three set of bunkbeds, with space outside for one RV or trailer. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, the cabin offers running water, a flush toilet, and a shower; outside this season, guests must pack in water. Amenities include a wood stove, propane lights, a propane cooktop, a propane refrigerator, a kitchen table, and horse corrals. Greys River is nearby for fishing.
