Situated on the banks of Worthen Meadow Reservoir, this campground features 28 sites, picnic tables, cook grates, three vault toilets, drinking water, and a paved boat ramp. Parking spurs restrict trailers to a maximum length of 24 feet. On-site trailheads provide immediate foot access into the Popo Agie Wilderness, with the Worthen Meadow Picnic Area located nearby.
