A 27.5-mile stretch of gravel National Forest road in Fremont County, WY. The road is open seasonally, May 15 to December 16.

Shoshone National Forest, Wind River Ranger District allows dispersed camping here -- 16-day limit.

10 of the 27.5 miles in are maintained only for high-clearance vehicles. Mostly gravel, with 7.9 miles of dirt. Winds through 18 switchbacks. Dead-end road -- no mapped turnaround; expect to back out or unhitch.
